How does the "one at a time" unlimited projects limit work? You can apply for as many projects as you want, but we will work on them sequentially. Once a project is completed, we start the next one in the queue. What happens if I don't use all 25 hours in a month? If you don't use all your hours in a month, you have the option to pause the service. The remaining hours will be kept available for an agreed period of 3 months. Can I buy more hours if I need them? Yes, if you need more hours, you can purchase additional hour packages at a preferential price. Does the plan renew automatically? Yes, the plan renews automatically every month. You can cancel or pause the service at any time before the next renewal. What type of support and consulting does the plan include? The plan offers limited support and advice for the duration of the project to ensure your goals and needs are met. How is the progress of projects reported? Periodic reports will be provided on the status of the project and the use of hours, including regular planning and monitoring meetings. Can I pause my subscription at any time? Yes, you can choose to pause your subscription once a project is completed and there are still hours available. The remaining hours will remain available for the agreed period. How do you handle more complex projects that require more than 25 hours in a month? For projects that exceed 25 hours per month, we will discuss with you the best way to proceed, either extending the work to the following month or purchasing additional hours to complete the project in less time. What happens if I cancel my membership after the project(s) are in production? If you decide to cancel your membership after your project or projects are in production, you will not receive support, updates, or modifications from us. However, you have the option to hire us again in the future for any needs related to that same project. Alternatively, you can seek assistance from outside professionals. It is important to consider that, even if the project is in production, maintenance and updates are key to its proper functioning in the long term.
